Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions under which event attendees ("Attendees," "You," or "Your") agree to participate in events organized by Sugar Brown Studios ("Event Organizer," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By purchasing tickets and attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Refund Policy

All purchases without ticket insurance are final and non-refundable. 

Ticket Refund with Ticket Insurance these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the conditions for obtaining a refund through ticket insurance for patrons who notify us no less than 8 hours prior to the show. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing your tickets and opting for ticket insurance. By purchasing tickets and opting for ticket insurance, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Ticket Insurance Coverage:

• Ticket insurance coverage is an optional add-on service available for eligible events. It provides patrons with the opportunity to request a refund under specific circumstances as outlined in these Terms.

Refund Request Process:

• Patrons must submit their refund request through info@sugarbrownstudios.com.
• Request must include the following information: name of the ticket holder, ticket number, event name and date. Reason for refund attached a screenshot of your notification of intention to refund no less than 8 hours prior to the show.
• All refund requests will be subject to verification.
• The refund approval will be based on whether the refund reason meets the criteria defined in the ticket insurance policy.
•  Approved Refunds will be processed 5-7 days.

• Refund requests made outside the 8-hour notification window will not be eligible for consideration.

 Rescheduled Show

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, we will send a notification to your email. If the new schedule doesn't work for you, we will credit your fund to any show valid for one(1) year or merchandise.

Event Venue Change

In rare circumstances event venues are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sugar Brown Studios. While we make every effort to maintain the originally scheduled venue, circumstances beyond our control may require a change. In the event of a venue change, the new location will be selected with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and experience of the event.

Email Notification: In the event of a venue change, the Sugar Brown Studios will notify all registered Attendees via the email address provided during ticket purchase. It is the responsibility of Attendees to provide a valid and regularly monitored email address during the registration process. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from Attendees providing incorrect or outdated email addresses.

Time frame for Notification:

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendees of any venue changes well in advance of the event date. Typically, email notifications will be sent out no later than 5 days before the event, unless circumstances prevent us from doing so. While we aim to inform Attendees promptly, please understand that unforeseen circumstances might arise, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Attendee Options: Upon receiving an email notification about a venue change, Attendees have the following options: Accept the Change: If you are comfortable with the new venue, no further action is required. Your existing ticket(s) will remain valid for the revised location.

Credit of fund: If you are not able to go to the new venue, notify us and we will credit your fund to next show valid for one(1) year.

Force Majeure: In certain exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or government orders, we may be forced to change the event venue without prior notification. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform attendees as soon as possible through available means, which may include our website and official social media channels.
